Cryptophone Service Request

While GSMK has designed its products for longevity and trouble-free operation, all portable electronics can and will eventually experience defects. If your GSMK CryptoPhones require service, ESD America is here to assist with the repair or replacement of your products in the fastest way possible.

Should you experience a hardware problem with a GSMK CryptoPhone product, please use the Service Request form below or send us an e-mail that includes the following details:

  • Your CryptoPhone model
  • Invoice and/or serial number, and
  • The exact nature of your problem.

Please note that a detailed, meaningful description of the defect(s) is important to allow us to process your request. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number under which you can send the defective device(s) back to us for service.
